I became involved with this project initially because I am a resident of Gainesville and I wanted to be involved in a community initiative, but when I heard Dr. John Marshall speak of his vision, his passion, with such enthusiasm I knew I wanted to be a part of this mission. As a nurse practitioner I care for patients who are in need of evidenced based research, and I am convinced that the vision of Dr. Marshall will do just that…..bring evidence based results that will impact lives in our community and beyond. As a University representative, I am excited about the collaboration and partnership that will result through this appointment.
